Effective from: 1 January 2026
These terms of service (the "Terms") govern the use of the logutirisanariga.lv website (the "Site") and the relationship between the service provider operating under the brand Window Cleaning Riga ("we," "us," or "our") and visitors to and clients of the Site ("you").
By using the Site or requesting a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
By completing the contact form on the Site, you submit a request to receive a service. A request is not a contract — it is an inquiry that initiates contact. We will get in touch with you to discuss your needs, agree on a time to assess the property, and provide a quote. A service agreement is formed once both parties agree on the scope of the service and the price.
The Site does not publish fixed prices — pricing is calculated individually after assessing the property (per window or per square metre, depending on scope and access difficulty). We confirm the exact final price before work begins. The client approves the price before work starts.
We are committed to delivering our services professionally and with respect for the client's property. Work is inspected on site before being handed over.
By requesting a service, the client confirms that they:
We reserve the right to decline to provide a service where there is reasonable doubt as to the legitimacy of the request.
We are not liable for losses arising from unforeseeable weather conditions or technical difficulties affecting the timing of work. The content of the Site is provided "as is."
All content on the Site (text, images, design) is the property of Window Cleaning Riga and is protected by copyright. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes are resolved through negotiation; where this is not possible, they are resolved before the courts of Latvia.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site.
