Window cleaning is our core service - the one we started with and have been doing for more than 15 years. We've used that time to build a process that doesn't depend on the weather, the season, or the height of a given window: we serve houses, apartments, stairwells, and small offices across Riga and the greater Riga area, using the same pure-water (water-fed pole) technology regardless of the property.
Unlike the classic method - a sponge, a chemical cleaning agent, and a rubber squeegee - a pure-water system uses purified (deionized) water containing no minerals. Ordinary tap water contains lime and other minerals that leave white spots and streaks as they dry on glass - which is exactly why "freshly washed" windows often still show visible marks in the sunlight. Purified water dries without leaving any residue, so the window stays clean and glossy even when the sun shines directly through it. The system is mounted on a long pole that lets us reach windows from the ground or a balcony - no need for ladders indoors or opening windows from the outside, which is both safer and less disruptive to a household or office.
Window cleaning with us doesn't mean just the glass surface. On every visit we also clean the frames, sills (both interior and exterior), and, where needed, tracks and latch mechanisms, where dust and grime often build up without being immediately visible. We take a different approach for plastic and wooden frames - with wood we avoid excess moisture so as not to harm the surface finish, while with plastic frames and seals we're careful not to damage the rubber sealing material with harsh agents, which we don't use in the first place.

Most streaks on windows come not from dirt but from the cleaning process itself - ordinary tap water contains minerals that leave a thin, almost invisible film as they dry. This film only becomes visible at a certain angle of light, for example in the morning or evening sun, which is exactly why many people can't understand why a "just-cleaned" window suddenly looks dirty. A pure-water system eliminates this problem at the root, since the water used contains practically no minerals - there's nothing left behind on the glass once the water dries.
